Our group has made it a weekly tradition to have a themed potluck and this week our visiting professor joined us for our celebration of the 1990’s. There were a variety of dishes contributed including: fried vegetables, pastas, onion rings, 3-chesse mac-n-cheese and almond chicken. Olen and I prepared the 3-chesse mac-n-cheese in honor of our youthful days in the 90’s. The potluck was a great success, and we danced to some really bad music from the end of the 20th century!
